spacious room helpful staff excellent location hot cold shower broken air con loose sockets
our room was spacious, and it was very clean. the staff were helpful, especially alex. the location is excellent, and its easy to walk everywhere.
the shower went consistently hot and cold in both rooms. the air con didn't work in one room, annoying. light sockets were also loose, and the room just needed some kind of revamp, i feel.

helpful staff rooftop pool healthy options
I found the front desk staff to be very helpful. They handled my questions quickly. The rooftop pool area was nice. A real plus. The breakfast had some good options and felt different, providing healthy choices.
I did noticed some minor wear and tear on furniture in common area.

ample space easy access rooftop pool
the room provided ample space. i liked the easy access it gave me to city attractions. the rooftop pool offered relaxation, though i observed limited shade.
the shower temperature regulation presented minor inconsistencies.

excellent central location
spacious suite bright terrace excellent location friendly staff
i stayed in a junior suite it was very spacious clean and bright the terrace faced the courtyard so it was quiet the location was excellent i found it very central yet peaceful the staff were friendly and helpful providing good recommendations
i did encounter some minor issues the shower temperature control was inconsistent and the wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area the bathroom's all black design was not to my personal taste

the hotel is situated only three minutes from the central market it takes just a couple of minutes more to reach the cathedral its proximity to key attractions makes exploring very convenient

terrible lighting unpractical room
Location was acceptable and also staff was friendly enough.
The room had terrible lighting and it was either too bright or too dark. Operating the light switches was hard. The room layout I found unpractical. If I opened the closet, my partner could not access the sink. The furniture looks cool but shows signs of wear.
