I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the a/c was amazing for the summer heat in Valencia. However, they were a bit dark and lacked a few little amenities like tea/coffee facilities. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and nice. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to walk to all the sights and enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. The dining experience could be improved as it felt a bit rushed, and there was no highchair available for our toddler. Overall, a great value for money with some minor areas that could be enhanced.
